Coming in at number 4 this year is comeback queen Jennifer Lopez, a big time dance diva in the early 00's after several albums her music got stale (for the masses, not for us personally!) and she took a back seat to acting and her personal life. This year she came back with a vengeance with a judging gig on American Idol and a World #1 single "On The Floor" featuring Pitbull. Both the song and video are perfection!
