New tracks are leaking from Ciara's new album "Basic Instinct" hot and fast right now, the album is due for release in the next 2 weeks and the promo trail is pretty quiet. This album is meant to "make or break" her future and while we love Ciara she really needs to kick "The Dream" to the curb and find someone who can bring the best out in her.
